Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for per diem work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Lansing, IA. The role offers hourly compensation between $36.00 and $55.00 with strong emphasis on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with functional and cognitive impairments, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the team, and maintaining compliant

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current OT license in the practicing state.
• NBCOT certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders as needed.
