Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Rock Rapids, IA. The position offers compensation of $36.00 - $55.00 per hour for a full-time, permanent setting in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care environment.

New hires in full-time roles may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Blue Stone Therapy is part of Enhance Therapies and supports clinicians with competitive pay and ongoing clinical education while promoting professional growth

Qualifications

• Must be an Occupational Therapist licensed in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR may be required by state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and complete.

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
