Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem position in SNF and long-term care settings. You will assess, treat, and develop care plans for patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, working closely with the care team.

Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program, be NBCOT-certified if required by state, and hold a current state license.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (state dependent)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
