Job summary

Care First Rehab in Cary, NC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for part-time, afternoon hours in a clinic-based setting. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized, play-based treatment plans, and help children reach developmental milestones.

You will collaborate with Speech, Physical, and Feeding therapists, engage families with strategies for home, and participate in an interdisciplinary team dedicated to quality care and clinician wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification is required.
• NC state licensure in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Availability for afternoon clinic shifts.

Pay & Highlights

• Pay Model: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
  • Initial Evaluation (IE) Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 per evaluation
  • Follow-Up (FU) Rate: $37.00 – $45.00 per visit
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 (paid within the first 90 days; requires a 1-year commitment)
• Job Type: Part-Time, W2 (Afternoon Availability Required)
• Benefits Eligibility: Partial/full benefits eligible if maintaining over 20 visits per week!

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team in Cary, NC during afternoon hours. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills, achieve milestones, and reach their full potential through:

• Comprehensive Assessments: Identifying children's needs, developmental delays, and functional limitations.
• Individualized Care: Developing treatment plans using play-based therapy, sensory integration, and other evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications
