Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time, permanent Occupational Therapist to work with pediatric patients in both outpatient and acute care settings. You will provide 1:1 care, with mentorship and training available for the first 90–180 days, in a compassionate team focused on evidence-based outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines patient-centered care with a servant-leader mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to partnering with parents.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent pediatric position working in both outpatient & acute care with the opportunity to work with a high level of medically complex patients. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
