Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver outpatient care in Missoula, MT. You will treat children with autism, developmental delays, and related conditions, educating families on therapy goals and expected outcomes.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong communication, and collaboration within a large multidisciplinary team. The schedule features a Monday-Thursday work week with a generous PTO package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
• Deliver outpatient pediatrics therapy including Autism, CP, developmental delays.
• Collaborate with large interdisciplinary team to support patient care.

This candidate will have a passion for pediatrics and a heart for underserved patient populations. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients with Autism, Developmental Delays, Covid Delays, CP, Feeding, and more! Educating the patient and the patient's family is the top priority to help them understand how their body will respond to treatment and where they will go after they leave the hospital.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
