Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting.
• AZ License
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

• Assess diverse patients (orthopedic, neurological, sensory, cancer recovery, etc.) and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; document thoroughly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain high-volume patient care.
• Complete documentation of treatment minutes and electronic charges in a timely manner.
