BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware, covering Hockessin through Wilmington.

You will work in natural environments, partnering with families to support development. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and travel stipend, with comprehensive onboarding, professional development, and clinical support to help you deliver family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.

We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This territory covers Hockessin through Wilmington.
