BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Delaware is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Early Intervention and Pediatric team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with part-time or per diem visits and a pay rate of up to $80 per visit. You will work in families' homes and community settings, coaching caregivers, and delivering therapy in natural environments while documenting visits electronically and keeping a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playscapes and community spaces.
• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Document visits electronically and maintain a weekly visit schedule.

What You'll Do

As an Early Intervention OT, you will:

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

What We're Looking For

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Pay: up to $80 per visit based on experience
