• Create and implement care plans with goals, outcomes, and discharge planning.
• Adjust care based on patient response and current evidence.
• Educate patients, families, and other providers using effective teaching methods.
• Assess results to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Perform examinations with reliable methods based on history and screening results.
• Screen patients to determine need for further therapy services.
• Supervise COTA and rehab technicians per regulations.
• Document evaluations and care plans with goals and modifications.
