• Adjusts care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students and other providers.
• Evaluates clinical findings for physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Screens patients to determine therapy needs.
• Uses support personnel per regulatory standards and provides feedback.
• Documents evaluations and care plans with patient response and goals.
