Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing or eligible.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care integrating goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge planning.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers, students and other health care providers.
• Assesses and selects examination methods relevant to chief complaint and history.
• Documents evaluations and plans of care according to policy.
• Provides supervision to COTA and rehabilitation technicians as required.
• Communicates patient performance and discharge needs with the medical team.
