Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist or OTA to provide in-facility therapy services, reporting to the Director of Rehab. The role supports patients in improving function and independence through individualized OT plans.

Part-time (16–29 hours) or PRN (8–15 hours) work is available, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for part-time candidates. Comprehensive benefits and visa/relocation options may apply where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for occupational therapy.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in a facility setting under the Director of Rehab.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient independence and outcomes.
