Carle Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The role acts as a clinical resource and provides supervision to staff and students.

Open to part-time schedules with incentives such as sign-on bonuses and relocation support for suitable candidates. The ideal candidate holds an OT license in Illinois, a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, and BLS certification within 30 days.

Formación

• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Licensed OT in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers safely with assistance.
• Designs a plan of care including goals, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, families and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations with valid, relevant methods.
• Collaborates with the care team and supervises support staff.
