Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with a heart for serving underserved children. You will work with autism, developmental delays, CP, feeding, and related conditions, delivering education to families and guiding recovery.

The role features a Monday-Thursday schedule (3-day weekend), a $7,500 sign-on bonus, PTO of four weeks, and mentorship within a large pediatric team, all aimed at patient-centered care.

Qualifications

This Occupational Therapist will work with patients with Autism, Developmental Delays, COVID Delays, CP, Feeding, and more! Educating the patient and the patient's family is the top priority to help them understand how their body will respond to treatment and where they will go after they leave the hospital.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
