The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide OT services for inpatients and/or outpatients aged 15 and older. Responsibilities include evaluations, evidence-based interventions, equipment recommendations, and modality application under physician or qualified non-physician referrals.
The OT will develop patient-centered treatment plans, ensure medical necessity, document outcomes, and may supervise assistants and students per regulations.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for the provision of Occupational Therapy services for an inpatient and/ or outpatient population from age 15 and older including, but not limited to, evaluations, evidence-based intervention, equipment recommendations and modality application under the referral of a physician or qualified non-physician provider.
