Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred or CHT-eligible (min 4,000 hours hand therapy and 3 years).
• Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or 1–2 years outpatient hand therapy experience while licensed.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patient history and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to improve mobility.
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.

Compensation: $86K - $108K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
