Qualifications

• Graduate of Occupational Therapy Program (BS, MS or Doctoral)
• CT active license.
• Experience treating high-complexity patients preferred
• Splinting and hand therapy experience preferred
• CHT preferred, or interest in pursuing specialization

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of medically complex patients in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and differential diagnosis skills.
• Identify referrals to physicians or other providers as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based care in a high-volume outpatient clinic.
• Coordinate with PT, PTA, OT, and Audiology for integrated care.
