Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ independence in daily living.

The role emphasizes patient and family education and building community connections. Compensation includes a base salary of $83,000–$110,000 per year, monthly incentives, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 in select locations.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
