Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Racine, Wisconsin is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist who will work diligently to help patients achieve normalcy and independence through skilled self-care management. This role offers the chance for interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive team environment and will be responsible for establishing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and potential monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy program.
• Must hold a state license in occupational therapy.
• Must be registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association required.

Job description

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
