Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a home setting in West Palm Beach, FL. This PRN role offers flexible assignments and competitive compensation to support independent living for older adults.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and coordinate with physicians and families while documenting in the EMR. Prior Florida OT licensure is required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Formación

• OT degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida OT license
• New graduates encouraged to apply
