Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a home setting in Saint Petersburg, FL. This PRN role offers flexible assignments, clinical autonomy, and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents at home, creating and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with physicians and families, and maintaining EMR documentation to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida OT license.
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
