Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in a home setting in Vero Beach, FL. This PRN position offers flexible assignments and competitive compensation while helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining precise EMR documentation and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
