Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a home setting for older adults in Poinciana, FL. This PRN role offers flexibility to choose assignments and a competitive compensation package.

The OT will evaluate and treat residents in a home setting, develop individualized plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain EMR documentation with clinical autonomy and support from the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
