Sobe Innovative Rehab in Inverness, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN home-based hospice care. You will evaluate and treat residents in a home setting, develop individualized plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and document efficiently in the EMR.

Competenze

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
