Job summary

Anna Maria of Aurora Inc is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide therapy across SNF, outpatient, and home health settings in Aurora, Ohio. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and PRN scheduling to support a family-oriented campus.

The OTR will evaluate residents, develop individualized care plans, implement therapy, supervise COTAs, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist Registered license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with physician orders
• Supervise and collaborate with COTAs as applicable
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations
