Job summary

Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Aurora, Ohio.

Under the supervision of a licensed OT, the COTA will provide OT treatments in SNF, outpatient, and home health settings within a 10 mile radius. Ohio licensure in good standing and graduation from an accredited OTA program are required. Prior SNF or rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA licensure in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments per established plans of care.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote safety, dignity, and individualized resident care.
