HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for Clover Park, WA, for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fully onsite, flexible full-time or part-time W-2 position with a Total Rewards Benefit Package to support students in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current State OT license and NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans to meet students’ goals and enhance functional abilities.
• Educate students and families on daily activities, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.

• Patient Assessment: Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance their functional abilities. Educate clients and their families on improving daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Licensure:

• Current State Occupational Therapist license
• Current NBCOT certificate
• Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
