Qualifications

• Master's in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Licensure as Occupational Therapist with BLS required.
• Experience documenting in EMR and communicating with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using standard techniques.
• Develops, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans.
• Documents progress with measurable terminology.
• Educates patients and caregivers and provides discharge guidance.
• Maintains accurate, timely patient records and billing documentation.
