Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Current Oklahoma OT license is required.
- BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Administers a variety of patient care and OT procedures.
- Interprets referrals and develops plans of care with goals and outcomes.
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
- Direct rehabilitation staff assisting with patients and program.
- Ensures safety/infection control practices.
- Communicates with the health care team and documents progress.
