Care Options for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based therapy in the Thornton/ Westminster area. You will support children's sensory needs, daily routines, and independence through meaningful, individualized care, with a focus on real-world functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Pay: $123,500-$169,000

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $3,000 sign on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.
