Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position at Solaris HealthCare Pensacola in Pensacola, FL. You will provide skilled OT services in a SNF setting and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Florida OT license required or eligible. SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Competitive pay and supportive leadership are offered.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
