Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy in a Daytona SNF. Join a team focused on improving function and quality of life for residents, with a flexible schedule and competitive benefits.

Florida-licensed OT or license-eligible candidates are welcome. SNF/post-acute experience preferred, Net Health knowledge a plus. Work inside a dedicated therapy gym at Solaris HealthCare Plant City via in-house provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
