Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in California is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment. Experienced or newly graduated welcomed; you will provide skilled OT services under physician orders and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current OT license or active licensure process, and current CPR certification. You will assess, plan and modify care to meet OT goals while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days shift. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include: Must have graduated from an accredited school. Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT. Current CPR certification. Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
