Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care in California. The OT may be experienced or newly graduated and will join a growing team on a contract basis.

Typical duties include providing skilled OT services as ordered, assessing patient needs, planning and modifying care, and collaborating with other disciplines to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state OT license or actively pursuing licensure.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position.

Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.

Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements include

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
