Job summary

Soliant is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Portland, OR school district to support K–12 students. This onsite role involves evaluating students, planning individualized treatments, and providing direct OT services within a collaborative educational setting.

Candidates will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure timely documentation in line with state guidelines. A strong commitment to student-centered outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Active State OT license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress.
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning.
