Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist for remote teletherapy to serve a diverse caseload across the United States. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality evaluations and treatment plans via telehealth with a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in OT with an active CA license or ability to apply, and experience in clinics or schools. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; feeding/hand therapy is a bonus. California licensure reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to a diverse caseload.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve independence and well‑being.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
