Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Rocky Mount is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate will have prior hospital experience or a desire to learn, with flexibility to support multiple facilities within the PAM Health System.

The OT will deliver direct patient care, design and implement age-appropriate treatment programs, and participate in expanding OT services. A NC OT license and current BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as OT in NC with current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop/implement specific OT treatment programs.
• Contribute to service development and adapt to the needs of PAM Health System across facilities.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
