PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Shreveport is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient team. The OT will provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment programs for a diverse patient population.

Licensed OT in the state and current BLS certification are required. One year of clinical experience is preferred. The role may involve contributing to service development and adapting to the needs of PAM Health across multiple facilities.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Occupational Therapist will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Occupational Therapist must be flexible to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
