Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based OT interventions to improve independence, safety, and daily functioning.
• Monitor resident progress, update goals, and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Westland, MI. What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals

• Provide hands-on, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence, safety, and daily functioning

• Monitor resident progress, update goals, and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Michigan
