Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in St. Joseph, MI. The role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

As part of a collaborative clinical team, you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily functioning and independence. A Michigan OT license is required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• SNF experience preferred, but not required.
• Dependable and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions.
• Help patients improve independence with daily activities.
• Address strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
