Occupational Therapist (OT), PRN – Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center – Lifepoint Health®

Minimum of 1 weekend shift per month. Part-time.

• Document treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families on care planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and current license to practice occupational therapy in Ohio.
• Experience in inpatient rehab (preferred).
• CPR certification (required).
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills (required).
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred).
