Job summary

El Campo Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join its dedicated in-house therapy team in a skilled nursing setting. The OT will serve geriatric and adult residents, providing high-quality care and contributing to a vibrant OT program with opportunities for growth.

The role supports a diverse patient population and offers leadership, clinical and operational support, and strong growth opportunities within Vital Therapy’s Texas network.

Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations in SNF or long-term care settings preferred.
• Collaborative approach with therapy team across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Develop and implement OT programs focused on functional maintenance and cognition.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care.
