Job summary

SEABREEZE NURSING AND REHABILITATION is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will evaluate residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions and develop programming in cognition, wound care, balance, and pain management to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Experience with orthopedic and neurological conditions preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents as part of in-house team.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on cognition, wound care, balance and pain management.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to optimize resident outcomes.
