Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Occupational Therapy (OT) position at Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Cooperstown, New York. Our team provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym, and we welcome therapists at all career stages to join our compassionate team.

You will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, supervise assistants, and ensure confidentiality while complying with NY licensing requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State OT License.

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop rehab plans.
• Relieve residents' pain using exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.

• Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans

• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching

• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance

• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants

• Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential

• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

PT Requirements Include

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

• Current New York State OT License
