ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, California, is seeking a driven Occupational Therapist to help children birth to 21 live life to the fullest. You’ll tailor each treatment to meet unique needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Pediatrics Experience Preferred.
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
