Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in Hawthorne, CA. You will provide one-on-one OT services to children from birth to 21, tailoring treatment plans to meet each child's unique needs and goals.

We offer flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm), a performance-based earnings plan with potential to earn up to $104,526 annually, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Must have high communication level and enjoy working with others.
• Will coordinate schedules and referrals to ensure a holistic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT services to children birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team across PT, SLP, developmental specialists.
• Tailor treatment plans to meet each child’s unique needs and goals.
• Participate in scheduling, referrals, and team cooperation for a holistic approach.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure high-quality care.
