About the Role:

• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time/per diem basis. As an OT, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans for residents with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities
• Design and implement interventions aimed at improving residents' quality of life, including activities of daily living (ADLs), sensory integration, and orthotics/restorative care
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members, including physical, speech, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and maximize resident outcomes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress, goals, and concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree
