Job summary

Miller's Merry Manor is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential. The role involves working within a therapy team across settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient, Long Term Care, and Home Health Care.

The position supports flexible scheduling with access to Regional Management Staff for guidance and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license/certification.
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
• Prefer minimum one year of experience in rehabilitation.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide therapy services in multiple settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, and Home Health Care.
• Demonstrated competency in applying OT principles, methods, materials, and equipment.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders using therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Work as part of a therapy team and provide support and information within Occupational Therapy.
