Memorial Physician Practices Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, delivering patient-centered therapy and helping communities reclaim independence. Shifts are M-F 8:00a-5:00p, with a focus on comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and identify goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence in daily living.
• Deliver interventions to enhance motor skills, cognition and adaptive abilities.
• Document patient progress with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment and safety.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support patient success.

What You'll Do

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapy license
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred)
• Experience in rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required)
